This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a collaborative team focused on delivering practical, business-driven legal solutions to clients across the construction industry.About the PracticeThe group represents a broad range of industry stakeholders, including contractors, subcontractors, design professionals, engineers, owners, developers, and sureties, across both transactional and litigation matters.Key Responsibilities• Represent owners, contractors, and subcontractors in construction-related disputes and litigation• Manage a variety of construction law matters, including complex litigation cases• Draft pleadings, discovery, motions, and legal briefs• Advise clients on contract negotiation, dispute resolution, and risk management• Participate in mediations and arbitrationsQualifications• 6–10 years of relevant construction law experience• Licensed in at least two of the following jurisdictions: Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware• Strong experience in construction litigation and contract matters• Excellent drafting, analytical, and communication skills• Experience with mediation and arbitration
