Key Responsibilities
Lead and conduct comprehensive functional behavior assessments.
Develop, implement, and monitor data-driven, individualized treatment plans with fidelity.
Provide high-quality mentorship, supervision, and ongoing training to Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Program Supervisors.
Deliver effective parent and caregiver training to ensure generalization of skills across environments.
Actively collaborate within a supportive team structure to maintain clinical consistency and peer development.
Contribute proactively to ongoing quality assurance (QA) initiatives, training programs, and curriculum development.
Maintain a weekly schedule of 30 billable hours, focusing on direct clinical impact.
Requirements
Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a closely related field.
Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing.
Demonstrated experience successfully working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder and developmental needs.
Proficiency and comfort using clinical technology (e.g., electronic data collection, scheduling platforms, tablets).
Successful clearance of a background check, required immunization records, and current TB test documentation.
Preferred Qualifications
Spanish-speaking proficiency is considered a significant asset.
Interest in contributing to innovative research initiatives and academic collaborations.
What We Offer
Competitive total first-year earnings potential ranging from $91,000 to $106,000.
This includes a base salary between $80,000 and $95,000.
A sign-on bonus of up to $5,000 and up to $6,000 in annual performance bonuses (paid monthly).
Structured, consistent work schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, supporting a healthy work-life balance and ensuring evenings at home.
Flexible work arrangement, including one work-from-home day per week (subject to eligibility).
