HR Generalist

Provide guidance and support to managers and supervisors on HR policies, procedures, and best practicesEnsure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulationsParticipate in site-level initiatives such as Vision Committee and VIP Board meetings (as applicable)Support responses to internal and external inquiries (e.g., EEOC, legal, government agencies) and escalate as appropriateSupport HR programs including performance management, employee relations, corrective actions, and internal mobilityTrack and report HR metrics aligned with departmental and organizational goalsRecommend and implement process improvements to enhance HR effectiveness and efficiencyModel and reinforce company mission, vision, and values in all interactionsMaintain accurate and timely documentation of HR activitiesSupport workplace safety initiatives, including adherence to emergency evacuation proceduresPerform additional duties as assigned to support business and HR needs
