This full‐time night‐shift RN role offers strong differentials, a generous sign‐on bonus, and a supportive, team‐driven environment focused on whole‐person care.Full time – 36 hours/weekNight shift (1900–0700) with weekend & holiday rotation32.94–$49.36/hr (based on RN experience)Differentials: +$4.00/hr nights, +$3.25/hr weekendsSign‐on bonus: $15,000 for eligible candidates (new grads & external hires)0–4 years RN experience → 4 weekend shifts~4–10 years → 3 weekend shifts~10–15 years → 2 weekend shifts~15+ years → no weekend shiftsThe RN provides high‐level inpatient care, collaborating with providers and multidisciplinary teams to support patients across the continuum.
