This position plays a critical role in keeping the business organized, responsive, and operationally efficient while directly supporting leadership, accounting, customer operations, vendor management, and internal coordination.The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, takes ownership, communicates well, and can manage multiple priorities with professionalism and urgency.Key ResponsibilitiesOffice & Operational Support· Manage day-to-day office operations and administrative coordination· Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems· Support operational workflows and internal process organization· Assist with vendor research and project support tasks· Help document and organize company operational knowledge and vendor relationshipsAccounting & Administrative Coordination· AP invoice entry and operational support within Zoho Books & Wynne Rental Results· Assist with AR collections, vendor reconciliations, and bank reconciliations· Manage vendor onboarding, customer onboarding, and compliance documentation· Coordinate COIs, resale certificates, and multi-state compliance filingsRental Operations Support· Assist with contract close-outs and call-off processing in Wynne during high-volume periods· Support simple billing functions and contract entry as needed· Help maintain responsiveness and customer support during busy operational cyclesExecutive & Team Support· Provide scheduling, travel, logistics, and administrative support to leadership· Take meeting minutes, track action items, and help ensure accountability across teams· Support internal coordination across all departments in Nimble Managed ServicesMarketing & Communication Support· Assist with LinkedIn posts and company communicationsSystems & Software· Google Workspace· Zoho Books· Zoho CRM· Wynne Rental Results· Gusto PayrollQualifications· 3+ years of office management, operations, or administrative experience· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail· Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment· Strong communication and follow-through· Construction, infrastructure, equipment rental, or contractor support experience is a plus· Self-motivated, dependable, and solutions-oriented· High level of professionalism, discretion, and accountabilityWhy Nimble?· High-growth company with national reach· Collaborative and entrepreneurial culture· Opportunity to play a meaningful role in a growing organization· Direct exposure to leadership and operational decision-makingJoin NimbleIf you are highly organized, operationally minded, and ready to help support a growing company at a high level, we want to hear from you.
