Operations Manager

We are looking for a professional Operations Manager to provide day to day leadership and direction by maximizing financial returns, driving development of people, creating and maintaining a unique guest experience, executing on brand standards, and building awareness of hotel and brand in the local community.
Responsibilities
Responsible for daily operations
Overall management and strategic direction of the hotel
Set high standards and take ownership of guest and team member needs
Lead, support, and achieve set financial and operation targets
Ensures operational consistency across all levels on a daily basis by enacting effective processes
Set clear expectations through policy implementation and follow throughs
Oversee and actively participate in the recruitment process of leadership positions and department heads
Skills
Time management skills and ability to muti-task and prioritize work
Proven work experience as hotel operations manager or similar role
Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations of a hotel
Experience budgeting and forecasting
Familiarity with business and financial principles
Excellent communication skills
Leadership ability
Outstanding organizational skills
