We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to help patients with injuries, illnesses, or disabilities regain or improve daily skills while working in a skilled nursing facility in Lakeport, CA.\n\nMinimum Requirements\nBachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program.Active California Occupational Therapy License required to start the assignment.BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.Experience working in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting preferred.Demonstrated ability to evaluate and develop individualized treatment plans for geriatric and medically complex patients preferred.Experience with ADL retraining, adaptive equipment recommendations, and restorative nursing programs preferred.Current professional liability insurance or ability to obtain prior to start preferred.\n\nAssignment Details\nFacility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility.Shift Name: Days.Shift Details: 5 days per week.\n\nLocation Highlights\nLakeport, CA offers a lakeside, small-city lifestyle with outdoor recreation and regional attractions.
