Mid-State Industrial is looking for Lube Technician to join our team
Responsibilities
Check systems and components, isolate problems to diagnose and repair
Repair or replace worn parts ahead of the vehicle’s breakdown or damage
Use power tools, machine tools, and common hand tools to perform various tasks
Ability to do oil changes and service equipment
Ability to want to expand mechanical knowledge
Ability to work flexible hours, when trucks are normally parked
Qualifications
Capable of servicing diesel trucks without supervision
Understanding of equipment and speedy diagnostic abilities
Effective analytical and communication skills
Ability to learn new technology, repair and service procedures and specifications
Ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment
High School Diploma or GED (preferred)
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Must pass background check
Pre-employment and random drug testing
Ability to navigate and use GPS
Ability to lift 50 to 75lbs
Ability to drive manual transmission (preferred)
Good time management skills and attention to detail
Ability to work without supervision
Willing to work with one or more team members
Ability to learn new skills
Ability to provide own tools
