Overview Construction Resources, Inc. is a fully independent third party design firm that consults on exterior building components for commercial properties. We design and manage exterior building restoration projects for the following building projects: Roofing, Masonry, WIndows & Doors and Below grade waterproofing. Responsibilities As a Field Observer, you will be given the opportunity to learn and be involved with onsite project management. As a Field Observer, you will be onsite, monitoring contractor activity for construction document compliance and quality assurance. Must be detailed oriented.
