The ideal candidate is a certified phlebotomist with excellent customer service skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to build professional relationships with healthcare providers and clients.Key Responsibilities:Perform professional and accurate phlebotomy procedures while ensuring patient comfort and safetyCoordinate daily laboratory operations, specimen handling, and test schedulingServe as the primary point of contact for clients, patients, and healthcare providersCommunicate clearly with physicians, clinics, and medical offices regarding test orders, specimen requirements, and results statusResolve client concerns promptly and professionally with a high level of customer careMaintain accurate patient records, documentation, and compliance with HIPAA regulationsMonitor supply inventory and assist with ordering laboratory materials as neededCollaborate with internal lab staff to ensure timely turnaround and smooth workflowSupport onboarding and relationship management for new provider accountsQualifications:Certified or experienced Phlebotomist requiredPrevious experience in a medical laboratory, physician office, or healthcare support environment preferredOutstanding customer service and interpersonal skillsStrong verbal and written communication skillsAbility to interact confidently and professionally with physicians, nurses, and healthcare staffExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailProficiency with computer systems, scheduling platforms, and EMR/LIS systems preferredAbility to multitask in a fast-paced environmentPreferred Traits:Positive and professional demeanorProblem-solver with a proactive mindsetReliable, punctual, and team-orientedPassion for helping patients and supporting healthcare partnersSchedule: Full-time Compensation: Competitive salary based on experience
