Asset Management Associate

A company is looking for an Asset Management Associate to join its investment platform. Key Responsibilities Assist in creating property-specific annual business plans and support performance tracking Review financial statements, manage property expenditures, and prepare reports for stakeholders Collaborate with cross-functional teams on leasing, property management, and investment opportunities Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business administration, real estate, finance, or a related field (MBA or MS in Real Estate preferred) Three to five years of experience in commercial real estate asset management or related fields Strong proficiency in financial analysis and commercial real estate fundamentals Experience with commercial real estate software like Yardi Voyager / Elevate and VTS preferred Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and present complex information clearly
