Review and analyze complex multi-faceted, larger scale or longer-term Software Engineering challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors including intangibles or unprecedented factors. Contribute to the resolution of complex and multi-faceted situations requiring solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements that meet deliverables. Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel. Required Qualifications: Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.Key Responsibilities:Lead the design and development of full stack applications supporting data platforms and regulatory reporting toolsBuild and optimize data pipelines that process and deliver large-scale datasets for analyticsDevelop scalable backend services using Java (microservices architecture) and PythonDesign and implement modern, responsive frontend solutions using Angular or ReactWork with big data technologies such as Spark and Python for data processing (preferred)Own delivery of end-to-end solutions, from requirements gathering through implementation and deploymentMentor junior engineers, providing technical guidance and fostering team developmentCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful deliveryDrive best practices in coding standards, performance optimization, and system designPromote a strong team-oriented culture, emphasizing adaptability, accountability, and a positive attitudeLeverage GenAI tools to improve development efficiency and accelerate solution delivery where applicableKey Requirements:Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.full stack development experienceStrong expertise in Java and microservices architectureExtensive experience with Angular or ReactSolid working knowledge of PythonProven experience delivering end-to-end technical solutionsExperience building data platforms, data pipelines, or data-driven applicationsStrong understanding of distributed systems and scalable architecturesDemonstrated experience in mentoring team members and leading technical initiativesExcellent collaboration and communication skills
