As an Appointment Setter, you will be responsible for securing scheduled appointments with clients, managing appointment calendars, and identifying potential leads. The role includes proactive communication with clients, maintaining excellent customer service, and ensuring a professional customer interaction experience.QualificationsExperience in Setting Appointments and Appointment SchedulingProficiency in Lead Generation and identifying potential business opportunitiesStrong Communication and interpersonal skillsCustomer Service experience with a focus on ensuring customer satisfactionHigh attention to detail and ability to manage time effectivelyBasic knowledge of the insurance industry and related products is a plusHigh school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in related fields are a benefit
