The ideal candidate will also have hands-on experience with CI/CD processes and AWS infrastructure, including AWS Cloud Development Kit (CDK). This role encompasses designing, developing, and maintaining complex software solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring our applications' scalability and performance.Educational Qualifications:Engineering Degree BE/ME/BTech/MTech/BSc/MScTechnical certification in multiple technologies is desirableSkills:Mandatory:10+ years of professional experience in software development.Proven experience in designing, developing, and maintaining robust and scalable applications using Clojure, ClojureScript, Groovy, Python, and MySQL.Collaborate with product managers, designers, and developers to define software requirements and specifications.Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices and industry standards.Develop unit tests to ensure code coverage exceeds 80%.Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines to streamline development processes.Deploy and manage applications on AWS infrastructure using AWS CDK.Troubleshoot and resolve issues in development, test, and production environments.Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers to uphold code quality and standards.Strong proficiency in Clojure, ClojureScript, Groovy, Python, and MySQL.Hands-on experience with AWS infrastructure services (e.g., EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda) and AWS CDK.Solid understanding of software development principles, design patterns, and best practices.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and manage multiple priorities.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.Full-Stack Lead Developer with Clojure
