As a Team Member, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring the highest standards of food preparation and safety. Responsibilities Prepare food items according to established recipes and standards, ensuring quality and presentation. Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems, including Aloha POS and Micros POS, to process customer transactions efficiently. Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns. Assist with upselling menu items to enhance the customer experience and increase sales. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, including kitchen equipment, dining areas, and restrooms. Handle cash transactions accurately while adhering to cash handling procedures. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques. Support team members in various tasks such as bussing tables, stocking supplies, and maintaining inventory levels. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours. Skills Previous experience in food preparation or culinary roles is preferred but not required. Familiarity with Aloha POS or Micros POS systems is a plus. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a busy environment. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests. Knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation standards is essential. Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing. Experience in quick service or fast food restaurants is advantageous. Ability to work effectively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
