We call our team DEXperts, and we're known in the industry for award-winning service, deep manufacturer partnerships (including HP, Konica Minolta, and others), and a culture that treats teammates like family.We're expanding our footprint across the Triangle, and we're looking for a driven sales professional to own the Raleigh-Durham-Chapel Hill territory.The OpportunityThis is a hunter-style outside sales role focused on growing market share across the Triangle. You'll prospect, build, and close new business across high-value verticals — automotive dealerships, K-12 and higher education, healthcare practices, real estate, professional services, and multi-location operations.You won't just be selling copiers. You'll be solving real business problems: hidden print costs, unmanaged fleets, security and compliance gaps (HIPAA, FERPA), and outdated equipment that drains IT bandwidth.What You'll DoProspect and develop new business through cold outreach, in-person canvassing, networking, and referral partnerships across the Triangle.Conduct print environment assessments using DCA (Data Collection Agent) tools and MIB data to uncover cost-saving and right-sizing opportunities.Build consultative proposals that align equipment, service, and managed print programs to each client's workflow and budget.Manage the full sales cycle — from first touch to close to onboarding — and partner with our service and operations teams to ensure flawless implementation.Maintain accurate pipeline and forecast data in the CRM, and contribute to a high-performance team culture.Stay current on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging document technologies.
