Nepita embodies a refined balance between rustic Southern European heritage and modern simplicity through food and style. Role DescriptionWe are seeking for gelato scoopers & baristas for a full-time or part-time role at our first brick-and-mortar. This on-site position involves serving customers gelato, expertly preparing coffee and beverages, maintaining cleanliness and organization of the workspace, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Team members will also assist with daily operations, including inventory replenishment and handling transactions.QualificationsStrong Customer Service and Interpersonal Skills to create a welcoming and friendly environment for customers.Experience with Barista tasks, including preparing a variety of coffee and espresso-based drinks.Excellent Communication Skills to effectively interact with team members and customers.Food Preparation expertise to ensure high-quality standards in gelato and other offerings.Ability to maintain cleanliness, ensuring compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.Prior experience in hospitality or food service is a plus.
