Job Title: IT Low-Code / No-Code (LC/NC) Application Developer/Tester Location: Phoenix, AZDuration: Contract (Approx. 3 months with possible extension)Job Overview:We are seeking a contract IT Low-Code / No-Code (LC/NC) Application Developer/Tester with experience in Mendix to support a fast-paced, high-visibility application development initiative. The ideal candidate will leverage the Mendix platform to rapidly deliver secure, scalable, and user-centric solutions within a time-critical environment.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with Business Analysts to gather requirements, design systems, and support application development, testing, and implementation using the Mendix platformParticipate in design sessions to enhance operational systems, business processes, and reporting capabilitiesAnalyze and document current-state business processes, including workflows and proceduresDevelop future-state process documentation, including:Business rulesProcess flow diagramsCross-functional workflowsConfigure and develop Mendix applications, including:Microflows and nanoflowsDomain modelsUI components and pagesIntegrations and data sourcesPrepare and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) test cases; coordinate with stakeholders during UAT cyclesPerform data validation and quality assurance within applicationsSupport pre-go-live testing and quickly address issues as they ariseParticipate in regular status meetings with stakeholders and project teamsCreate and maintain documentation for development, implementation, and transition phasesCommunicate progress, risks, and dependencies to the Scrum Master/Project ManagerTroubleshoot application issues and assist with defect resolutionPerform additional duties as neededPreferred Qualifications & Skills:Hands-on experience with Low-Code/No-Code platforms, preferably MendixExperience in Agile/Scrum environments with end-to-end application developmentFamiliarity with JIRA for backlog management, sprint planning, and defect trackingExperience working within cross-functional Scrum teamsProficiency in SQL Server for querying, reporting, and troubleshootingUnderstanding of PCI (Payment Card Industry) compliance standardsExperience with automated testing tools and best practicesStrong documentation, communication, and collaboration skillsAbility to work effectively in time-sensitive, high-visibility environments
