The Business Analyst will support government programs by evaluating and improving operational and IT systems. This role is responsible for eliciting and documenting business requirements, aligning processes with agency objectives, and ensuring the successful delivery of public sector solutions./ppKey Responsibilities:/pulliAnalyze and document existing government business processes and identify opportunities for improvement./liliGather and validate functional and non-functional requirements from stakeholders./liliCollaborate with project managers, developers, and end-users to define and support system enhancements./liliAssist in developing user stories and requirements traceability in an Agile environment./liliSupport user acceptance testing (UAT) and validation activities./liliCreate reports, business requirement documents (BRDs), and standard operating procedures (SOPs)./liliMaintain compliance with relevant federal and state regulations and documentation standards./liliMonitor and track deliverables to ensure alignment with project timelines and objectives./li/ulpQualifications: Bachelors degree in Business, Information Systems, Public Administration, or a related field. 24 years of experience in business analysis, preferably supporting government clients. Familiarity with government systems, procurement processes, and compliance requirements. Strong written and verbal communication skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office and process modeling tools./p/div
