Required Skills: - Unencumbered MD/DO license in any U.S. state - Completion of Urology Residency from an accredited U.S. training program - Proficiency in urological surgical services - Current BLS and ACLS certifications from the American Heart Association - DEA certification - Ability to pass a government background check Nice to Have Skills: - Experience with advanced urological procedures - Prior on-call experience in a hospital or clinic setting - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team Preferred Education and Experience: - Urology residency training from a U.S.-accredited program - Prior clinical experience in a hospital or outpatient setting - Demonstrated commitment to patient care and professional development Other Requirements: - Willingness to participate in on-call rotations (7 days per month, including one weekend) - Ability to perform scheduled procedures and manage patient emergencies on-site - Flexibility to work Monday through Friday, with some on-call hours in the evenings and weekends This is a rewarding opportunity to join a dedicated healthcare team committed to excellence.
