In your role as a Senior Geologist, you will provide project support and strategic vision on various remediation projects/clients and assist with growing Trihydro’s client base. In addition, mentoring young professionals will be a key component of this role. Position Qualifications: Minimum 25 years of relevant experience Bachelor’s Degree Geology Professional geology license is preferred Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients, project stakeholders, regulators, coworkers, subcontractors, and other project team members Direct industry employment history managing projects, budgets, and preparing cost estimates in the solid waste and remediation fields Ability to work independently and contribute meaningfully to an established project team of geologists, engineers, and scientists to meet client deadlines in a fast-paced environment Demonstrated ability to fulfill commitments on budget/schedule and to do what it takes to meet client service expectations and requirements Strong technical and problem-solving skills, including attention to detail, accuracy, and completeness, as well as a commitment to producing high-quality deliverables Initiative and motivation, with an emphasis on client service and cultivating long standing relationships Desire and initiative to develop new business throughout the United States Ability to travel to client locations and other Trihydro offices Ability and desire to mentor young professional staff A clean driving record At Trihydro, our approach to work is honest and hard-working.
