General Ortho with emphasis on hand and upper extremity surgery Fellowship training in hand and upper extremity surgery (preferred) or significant focused experience in hand surgery. Hospital-employed, community hospital with outpatient clinic (primarily at Bone & Joint Center locations). Call Schedule: Shared call (light to moderate, with support from general orthopedists and potential for system collaboration); designed to support work-life balance in a rural community.
