Assembler / Machine Operator

Location: Hamilton, OH 45015 Job Type: Temp-to-Hire Pay: $15.00-$20.00 per hour (Negotiable) We are seeking a reliable Assembler / Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team in Hamilton, OH. This temp-to-hire opportunity is ideal for candidates with manufacturing experience who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and are looking for long-term employment. Responsibilities Assemble products and components according to work orders and specifications Read and interpret blueprints and assembly instructions Operate assembly equipment and small machinery Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met Package finished goods and production kits Supply raw materials to production lines Move materials and finished products throughout the facility Load, organize, and stage pallets for production and shipping Support inventory control and maintain accurate material flow Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Report equipment issues, defects, or safety concerns Assist other departments as needed to meet production goals Qualifications High school diploma or GED required Minimum 1 year of manufacturing experience Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and performing repetitive tasks throughout the shift Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed Recent forklift experience (or previous certification) If you're dependable, safety-focused, and ready to grow with a company that values hard work, we'd love to hear from you.
