1st shift Team Leader

Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and experienced Team Leader to oversee daily operations in a warehouse. The ideal candidate will have a strong background warehouse management and team lead. Responsibilities Report issues to maintenance as needed and make supervisor aware Assist supervisor on any production matters that might arise throughout the shift. Maneuver manpower as needed based on production volumes. Support the operation of the entire department with emphasis on safety, quality and production. Ensure machine operators are doing quality checks, tip changes according to standard procedures Keep supervisors updated on production/personal matters throughout the entire shift. Requirements: Must have basic knowledge of a computer Must be able to lift 40+ lbs repetitively Must be able to stand the entire shift. Previous experience in the automotive industry would be a plus!
