AP Fiscal Specialist II
Job Title: Fiscal Specialist IIPosition Summary:The Fiscal Specialist II performs high-volume financial processing and reconciliation activities in support of the organization's fiscal operations. This position is primarily responsible for processing purchasing card (P-Card) expense reports, entering and validating receipts in the Oracle EBS financial system, and ensuring accurate and timely transaction recording. The role requires strong attention to detail, sound judgment, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.Key Responsibilities:Process high volumes of P-Card expense reports accurately and in a timely mannerReview, code, and enter receipts and financial transactions into the Oracle EBS systemPerform basic financial calculations and reconcile transaction discrepanciesVerify supporting documentation for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with policyCommunicate directly (in person and by phone) with internal staff and external suppliers to resolve invoice discrepancies and payment issuesResearch and correct data entry errors and system discrepanciesMaintain organized and accurate financial recordsMeet established productivity and accuracy standardsAssist with month-end or periodic reporting as needed Required Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree in accounting, finance, or business preferredExperience in financial processing, accounts payable, bookkeeping, or related fiscal support workStrong computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly ExcelAbility to quickly learn and effectively navigate complex financial systems (experience with Oracle EBS preferred)Strong data entry skills with high level of accuracyAbility to perform basic financial calculations and reconciliationsExcellent communication and customer service skillsAbility to manage high-volume workloads and meet deadlines Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:Attention to detail and accuracy in financial processingStrong organizational and time-management skillsProblem-solving skills with the ability to research and resolve discrepanciesAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a team environmentProfessional judgment and discretion when handling financial informationThis position is ideal for a detail-oriented fiscal professional who thrives in a structured, high-volume environment and is comfortable working with complex financial systems while maintaining strong customer service standards.Location: Renton (4 days a week) 1 Day a week in Georgetown SeattleDuration: 3 to 6 months
