You will create and execute territory business plans that improve patient access and deliver measurable results, working closely with cross‐functional colleagues including medical affairs, market access, and commercial operations. This role offers growth, meaningful impact, and alignment with GSK's mission of uniting science, technology, and talent to get ahead of disease together.ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain relationships with oncologists, specialty pharmacists, nurse navigators, and institutional accounts across Minneapolis NorthCreate and execute clear territory business plans that align with broader commercial goalsIdentify key prescribers and accounts and apply resources to support their needs and prioritiesWork with cross‐functional partners to improve patient access and ensure timely availability of therapiesUse customer insights and data to prioritize actions, set goals, and measure performanceSupport launches and local promotional activities through coordinated, compliant field programsBasic QualificationsBachelor's degree (BA/BS) from an accredited institutionMinimum 3 years pharmaceutical, biologic, specialty sales, or clinical oncology experience with direct physician or institutional engagementValid driver's license and ability to drive within the assigned territory; driving is an essential functionResidence within the assigned territory in Minneapolis North; relocation assistance is not providedAbility to travel within the territory and occasionally beyond, which may include overnight stays; travel up to 30–50% depending on territory needsStrong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on building trusted relationships and influencing without authorityPreferred QualificationsTwo or more years of oncology or specialty sales experience, with health system or institutional account experience preferredExperience with hematology or solid tumor therapiesInfusion product experienceFamiliarity with specialty pharmacy, payer engagement, or account‐based strategiesProven ability to create and deliver territory plans and meet measurable targetsStrong organizational skills and ability to balance multiple priorities and deadlinesClear, professional written and verbal communication skills for internal and external stakeholdersWork ArrangementThis is a field‐based role. The position is primarily on‐site in the assigned territory with regular travel within Minneapolis North and occasional travel outside the territory.
