Project Manager | Order & Execution Management

Our Hedge Fund client is seeking to hire a Project Manager/Business Analyst to join the Global Equities Technology and Shared Services team. The area of focus will be Order and Execution Management in support of the Equities business. The primary responsbilities are as follows:Foster strong relationships with internal trading desk and individual trading pods. Learn and document their workflows, pain points, and feature requests. Drive the requirements process for all new feature requests. This includes:BRD creationStakeholder review and signoffFRD creationProject management of large, complex projects that require integration across the different functional areas within Hedge Fund Client. Marketing of internal trading platform, including:Release Note creationUser training including teach-insPlay active role in scrum environment. Qualifications / Skills Required:5+ years working on a trading floor in a Business Analyst / Product Management capacity soliciting requirements, managing expectations, training on new features and functionality. Deep understanding of Equities markets and core order/execution management functions. Deep understanding of Equities trading workflows including basket and algorithmic trading - Futures knowledge a plusPassionate about writing documentation, including BRD/FRD/user guides - we aren't a documentation heavy shop, but this is 50% of the role. Experience working in scrum environment, working knowledge of JIRA. Development background a plus.
