Speech Language PathologistFull-TimeWarsaw, INCompensation DOE: Up to $75KMeet your talent advisor Kelly MaxwellWe are seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a mission-driven pediatric therapy team in Warsaw, IN. This role is ideal for a clinician passionate about helping children with diverse abilities reach their full potential through individualized care, collaboration, and evidence-based treatment strategies.What You’ll Do as a Speech-Language Pathologist:As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will evaluate, diagnose, and treat pediatric patients with a range of speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders while partnering closely with families and a multidisciplinary care team.Speech-Language Pathologist Duties Include:Conducting comprehensive evaluations and developing individualized plans of care with measurable goalsTreating speech, language, cognitive-linguistic, oral motor, and swallowing disordersImplementing and modifying treatment plans based on patient progressMaintaining accurate, timely, and compliant documentation (evaluations, daily notes, progress reports, discharges)Educating families and caregivers on therapy techniques and home exercise programsCollaborating with interdisciplinary therapy teams and participating in team meetingsReferring families to additional community resources when appropriateSupervising support staff and student clinicians, ensuring proper guidance and complianceParticipating in ongoing training, conferences, and continuing educationSupporting clinic operations including equipment care and maintaining a safe, compliant environmentEnsuring adherence to HIPAA, regulatory standards, and internal compliance policiesWhat We’re Looking For:Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited programEligibility for or possession of Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) through the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (American Speech-Language-Hearing Association)Active or eligible Speech-Language Pathologist license in the state of IndianaPediatric experience preferredStrong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skillsAbility to manage caseloads effectively while maintaining high-quality carePerks & Benefits:Comprehensive benefits package (Medical, Dental, Vision)401(k) with company matchPaid time off and holidaysSupportive, collaborative clinical environmentOpportunity for professional growth and continuing educationMission-driven organization focused on impacting children and familiesSend your resume to Kelly Maxwell Discover Your Next Opportunity with Career Transitions – A Morales Group Company Find your dream job in accounting, finance, engineering, technology, HR, sales, marketing, and more.
