Experience: Manager Salary: $140,000 - $180,000 per year Job Details - · Timely and accurate preparation of owner billings and supporting documents, collection of payments, and responsibility for certain subcontractor compliance such as prevailing wage · Proactive, reporting accuracy of project billing and cost transactions, review of estimates and budgets including adjustments to projects · Ownership and review of project financial data with project teams · Supply and analyze financial data, providing insights about topics such as cost accruals, over/underbilling position, project cash position and receivables. · Set-up, review, and maintenance of labor rates and other project data.
