Maintenance ManagerHeavy Industrial OperationsWe're seeking a hands‐on Maintenance Manager to lead equipment reliability and maintenance operations in a fast‐paced industrial environment. This role owns preventive maintenance strategy, team leadership, safety compliance, and continuous improvement across mobile and fixed equipment.What You'll DoLead and develop a team of maintenance technicians to ensure safe, reliable equipment performanceDrive preventive and predictive maintenance programs to reduce downtime and extend asset lifePartner with operations to plan and schedule maintenance aligned with production demandsMonitor equipment performance, diagnose recurring issues, and implement corrective actionsEnsure full compliance with safety regulations, standards, and best practicesManage maintenance operating and capital budgets, including forecasting and cost controlOversee installation, commissioning, and startup of new equipmentWhat You BringTechnical degree in Diesel, Electrical, Hydraulic, or related field5+ years of maintenance leadership experience in a heavy industrial or mobile equipment environmentStrong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systemsExperience using CMMS and maintenance planning toolsProven ability to lead teams, solve problems, and operate under pressure
