You'll have access to:Comprehensive Benefits: Health, dental, vision, prescription coverage, life insurance, and 401(k) with company match.Work-Life Balance: Generous paid time off for rest, family, and self-care.Career Growth: You'll benefit from continuous learning, mentorship, and leadership training including access to C&B University, our in-house development program.Supportive Culture: Innovation, creativity, and teamwork are at the heart of everything we do.This position will involve the installation of commercial overhead doors.Essential FunctionsFollows instructions from field supervisor regarding installation of overhead doors.Works independently and with other installers to install products as assigned and trainedResponsible for installation of more technically advanced or demanding architectural grade productsFollows manufacturer direction and warranty requirements when installing productsTracks time and materials as required for each installation projectMaintain all equipment in good working order and report any malfunctions to field supervisorTrain entry level technicians on proper installation techniques and methodsFollows all company policies and proceduresProvides quality customer serviceAttends all training to learn new technology of building materials and installation methods as required by location managementOther relative duties as assignedMinimum QualificationsHigh School Diploma, or an equivalent combination of education/experienceSome installation experience preferredPosition will require climbing ladders and use of scissor lifts - must not be afraid of heightsValid driver's license and clean driving record required; must be 21 years old to drive a company vehicleMust pass pre-employment drug test and background checkKnowledge, Skills and AbilitiesAbility to read and use a measuring tape, level and other required tools for installation requiredExcellent interpersonal skills requiredExcellent written and verbal skill required with the ability to communicate and understand detailed instructionsPrevious knowledge of welding preferredPhysical DemandsThis position requires physical activity consistent with a construction or installation environment. The employee will spend more than two-thirds of their time standing, kneeling, crouching, stooping, using hands to handle or feel, and reaching with hands and arms. Approximately one-third of the time may be spent walking and engaging in verbal communication or listening. Frequent lifting and moving of materials weighing between 25 and 50 pounds is required.Work EnvironmentThis role may involve travel to project sites and exposure to a variety of environmental conditions. These may include outdoor weather, proximity to forklifts or other heavy machinery, and the use of hand tools or hardware.
