In this vital role, you will lead the accounting workstreams for various M&A activities, ensuring compliance with GAAP and timely reporting. You will use your technical expertise to manage acquisitions, divestitures, and mergers while also mentoring an accounting team. Your project management skills will enable you to handle complex transactions and drive continuous improvement within the organization.
