This position requires strong leadership, scheduling coordination, operational planning, and employee development skills to support expanding business demands.Job ResponsibilitiesCoordinate scheduling and deployment of field service personnel with Project Managers across Gen and MEC divisionsSupport post-production warranty work, upgrades, and field service operations throughout the United StatesProvide training and ongoing development for Field Service personnel as project requirements evolveEnsure Field Service teams have the tools, equipment, and operational resources required to complete assigned projectsWork closely with management teams to develop hiring strategies that support current workloads and future growth objectivesManage the tracking, maintenance, and operational readiness of company vehicles and field equipmentSupport customer-facing service operations while maintaining strong communication and responsivenessAssist in resolving operational challenges and field-related issues efficiently and professionallyQualificationsMinimum of 3 years of experience managing a customer service-focused teamExperience managing field service personnel across large geographic regions preferredMinimum of 5 years of management or hands-on experience in electrical, mechanical, and/or building construction environmentsStrong leadership and organizational skillsAbility to remain calm and effective during high-pressure situations involving employees, customers, or operational challengesPassion for employee development, mentorship, and team supportStrong communication and coordination skills across operations and project teamsAbout STS Technical ServicesSTS Technical Services is a Top 100 Staffing Firm that partners with some of the largest names in aerospace, manufacturing, defense, and industrial operations.
