Implementation Analyst

Job description:Implementation, training, consulting and configuration of XD Automation software, Fiserv’s next generation banking solution product. Implementations may be part of a larger conversion or a single product installationProvide project oversight and solve critical problemsReview project deliverables and ensure it meets acceptance criteria.Work on building relationships across various groups across Fiserv to deliver solutionsEngage directly with the client from the project kickoff through go-liveAssess client business need, identify solutions, and manage requirementsManage product configuration setup and updatesConduct validation of configurations and connectivity testingOversee Post go-live warranty support for Fiserv clients as requested by Fiserv, until handover to client servicesMaintain and update documentation, as applicableManage multiple projectsProvide client training and production (go-live) supportCoordinate client schedules, hosted tenant provisioning, and core interface activities.Monitor project plan to meet expected timelines.Assist with managing client expectations.
