Our work environment includes: Modern office setting Safe work environment Growth opportunities Regular social events Relaxed atmosphere The office administrator ensures efficient running of our company’s office and create and maintain a safe and pleasant work environment. Coordinate office operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies Maintain the office condition and arrange necessary repairs Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the upper management Liaise with facility management vendors, including cleaning, catering and security services Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.) Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures Plan in-house or off-site activities, like parties, celebrations and conferences Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data Track stocks of office supplies and place orders regularly Coordinate any and all office events Requirements and Skills Proven experience as an office administrator, front office assistant or relevant role Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities Experience with organizational communication platforms (Teams, Slack, Outlook etc.) Excellent organizational and leadership skills Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles Excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software (ERP etc.) High School degree; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary - a plus Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: From $20.00 per hour Benefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Employee assistance program Flexible schedule Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Referral program Retirement plan Schedule: Day shift Monday to Friday Experience: Organizational skills: 5 years (Preferred) Administrative experience: 3 years (Preferred) Shift availability: Day Shift (Required) Ability to Commute: Boca Raton, FL 33487 (Required) Ability to Relocate: Boca Raton, FL 33487: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
