About the Role As a Field Specialist, you will be the face of HomeCloud in the field. You’ll visit residential properties throughout Metro Atlanta to collect the data that powers our home evaluation process. Using company-provided tools and technology, you’ll capture photos, videos, measurements, and property details that help create a complete digital record of each home. This is a hands‑on role for someone who is detail-oriented, dependable, comfortable working independently, and interested in homes, real estate, construction, or field operations. You should be comfortable accessing all areas of a home, including attics, crawl spaces, roofs, and exteriors, and working in a variety of environments and weather conditions. What You’ll Do Travel to residential properties across the Metro Atlanta area Capture detailed photos, videos, and home data using company-provided tools and mobile technology Document home features, conditions, and key property details accurately and efficiently Access all major areas of the home, including attics, crawl spaces, and exterior spaces, to ensure complete data collection Use HomeCloud’s mobile app to record and submit information in a clear and organized way Represent HomeCloud professionally with homeowners, listing agents, tenants, and other contacts onsite Follow standardized processes while maintaining a high level of accuracy, consistency, and care Collaborate with internal team members to improve quality, efficiency, and customer experience What You’ll Bring Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow a defined process Reliability, accountability, and strong communication skills Comfort working independently in the field while staying connected with the team A positive, professional attitude when interacting with customers and contacts onsite Confidence using mobile technology and apps in a fast‑paced environment Curiosity about homes and interest in real estate, construction, inspections, or home services A willingness to learn, accept feedback, and improve quickly Basic Requirements High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and active auto insurance Comfortable working outdoors and in varying weather conditions Able to access tight spaces such as attics and crawl spaces Able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds Able to pass a background check Must have an iPhone 12 or newer Preferred Experience Experience in residential field service or hands‑on property‑related work is strongly preferred, including backgrounds such as: Home inspection Pest control HVAC, plumbing, or electrical service General contracting or handyman work Property condition assessments Residential service calls or route‑based field work Appraisal or inspection support Restoration or mitigation services Knowledge of residential home systems and components is a must.
