The right candidate is a true working manager who leads from the front. You will balance managing a team of recruiters by rolling up your sleeves to personally source and close high-priority roles. You know how to produce hires yourself, and you know exactly how to hold a team accountable for doing the same.What You Will OwnYou will be the driving force behind a high-volume talent pipeline, accountable for landing approximately fifty hires per month while strictly maintaining pipeline quality and strong retained-hire performance.Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:Targeted High-Volume Staffing: Directing the recruitment of armed and unarmed security professionals across a diverse portfolio, including schools, commercial properties, healthcare facilities, residential communities, high-profile events, and specialty assignments.Team Leadership & Accountability: Directly managing a team of dedicated recruiters. You will implement clear recruiter scorecards to measure success, track metrics, and drive team accountability. (Note: Your direct reports will be recruiters only; you will not directly manage compliance or onboarding staff).Leading by Example: Acting as a player-coach by personally managing the full-cycle recruitment process for critical, high-priority requisitions.Systems & Strategy: Championing the adoption and optimization of our recruiting technology stack to streamline the hiring process.Commission Administration: Helping to administer and track the company’s retained-hire commission structure to ensure performance is accurately rewarded.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partnering seamlessly with Compliance, HR, Training, Scheduling, Operations, and the Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) to ensure a smooth handoff from candidate to active employee.Are you ready to build the team that builds the company? Apply today.Position SummaryThe Recruiting Manager is responsible for leading and executing full-cycle recruiting strategies, managing a team of recruiters, and partnering with business leaders to meet hiring goals. This role oversees candidate sourcing, pipeline development, interview processes, and performance metrics while ensuring a high-quality candidate experience and alignment with organizational objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage a team of recruiters, providing coaching, training, and performance oversightDevelop and execute recruiting strategies to meet hiring targetsOversee full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, background checks, and onboardingScreen resumes and conducts initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit Responsible for active and passive recruiting by sourcing candidates through job boards, referrals, networking, and other recruiting tools Present qualified candidates and gather feedback to refine search strategies Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Manage job postings and recruitment advertising on various platforms Provide ongoing communication to candidates regarding status and feedback Support onboarding processes, including offer letters and documentation as neededCoordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers Prepare candidates for interviews, including resume reviews and coaching on client expectationsBuild and maintain strong relationships with candidates, providing guidance throughout the hiring processPartner with hiring managers and senior leadership to understand workforce needsBuild and maintain talent pipelines through job boards, networking, referrals, and direct sourcingEnsure consistency and compliance with internal policies and applicable employment regulationsEnhance employer branding and candidate experience throughout the recruiting lifecycleManage job postings, advertising strategies, and recruitment marketing initiativesProvide regular updates and report to leadership on recruiting performance and hiring progressQualificationsBachelor’s degree or related field/equivalent experience5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experiencePrior experience leading or mentoring recruiting teamsStrong knowledge of sourcing strategies, interview techniques, and candidate evaluationsExperience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting platformsProven ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a demanding environmentExcellent communication, interpersonal, and management skillsExperience in high-volume recruitingExposure to compliance-heavy environments or regulated industriesProcess improvement and recruiting operations experience
