Industrial Trailer Painter TMC Trailers – Eagleville, TN TMC Trailers is hiring an Industrial Trailer Painter to join our production team in Eagleville, TN. This position is responsible for preparing and painting heavy-duty trailers using industrial-grade coating systems. We are looking for a dependable, detail-oriented candidate with experience in spray painting and surface prep in a manufacturing environment. Responsibilities Prepare trailer surfaces for painting (grinding, sanding, masking, cleaning) Apply primers and topcoats using airless, HVLP, or conventional spray equipment Mix paints and coatings according to specifications Inspect finished work to ensure quality and consistency Perform touch-ups and rework as needed Maintain a clean, safe, and organized paint area Follow all OSHA and company safety standards, including PPE requirements Work closely with production teams to meet daily output goals Preferred Requirements 1+ year of industrial, automotive, or heavy equipment painting experience preferred Ability to operate spray guns and paint equipment safely Knowledge of surface preparation and coating application Strong attention to detail and quality Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in an industrial environment Willingness to wear respirators and protective equipment Preferred Experience Trailer, heavy equipment, or structural steel painting background Familiarity with epoxy and urethane coating systems Experience working in a paint booth environment Benefits Competitive pay based on experience Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and holidays Pay: $16.00 - $24.00 per hour Benefits: Dental insurance Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Work Location: In person
