Position Overview: As a Technical Recruiter at FlexAI, you will be a key partner in shaping our future, working with world-class engineers to build and scale teams that are tackling some of the most complex challenges in AI and computing. In this role, you will drive the full recruitment process, ensuring that we hire only the best and brightest talent to match the ambitious growth roadmap ahead. You will work closely with hiring managers and leadership to attract high-impact engineers and foster a collaborative, high-energy recruitment environment. What you’ll do: Lead full-cycle recruitment across multiple technical disciplines, with a focus on strong hiring manager partnership and effective candidate advocacy. Source, screen, and evaluate candidates to determine fit. Facilitate interview and hiring decision-making processes with interview panelists, hiring managers, and company leadership. Manage the offer process, ensuring alignment with hiring goals and market conditions. Continuously refine the recruitment process to improve efficiency and enhance candidate experience. What you’ll need to be successful: 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience in a competitive tech environment. Strong understanding of technical roles, including AI, hardware, and architecture. Proven ability to identify and assess technical skills and behavioral fit. Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with experience influencing at all levels. Proficient in sourcing tools, particularly LinkedIn, and alternative sourcing techniques Preferred Skills Experience in AI, silicon, or semiconductor industries. Experience leveraging an ATS (currently Teamtailor) to build metrics, sourcing strategies, and talent pipelines. Agency recruiting experience, with the ability to manage complex technical roles.
