Key Responsibilities Lead negotiation of technology vendor agreements for credit unions and banks Advise clients on contract risk allocation and evaluate vendor product structures Issue-spot privacy considerations and counsel clients on third-party risk management Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience negotiating complex technology and fintech agreements Experience in-house at a fintech company, bank, or relevant law firm practice Strong familiarity with vendor management structures and regulatory requirements Working knowledge of privacy and cybersecurity frameworks Licensed to practice law in California and in good standing
