Human Resources Program Manager

The Program Manager (Human Resources Manager) will be responsible for management and performance of all work under the contract with the Dept of Homeland Security (DHS), U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), Office of Human Capital (OHC), Human Resources Operations Center (HROC). The Program Manager shall be the primary point of contact for the Contracting Officer and designated Contracting Officer Representative (COR). The Program Manager shall ensure Contractor employees are aware of, understand, and abide by DHS and ICE established rules, regulations, and safety practices.
