Data Intelligence Quality Manager
For our client, we are seeking a Data Intelligence Quality Manager to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space.This role will shape and execute the enterprise data quality strategy, building the frameworks and governance needed to improve confidence in critical data across the organization.You will partner closely with data owners, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to define standards, monitor performance, and drive remediation efforts that strengthen decision-making.This position is well suited for a data leader who can combine governance, analytics, and project execution to deliver measurable improvements in data integrity and operational effectiveness.Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship availableCompensation: $101,718 – $162,484 annuallyResponsibilities Establish and implement the enterprise data quality program, including framework and policies Partner with data owners and stakeholders to identify and document critical data elements and rules Design and operationalize automated and manual data quality controls and monitoring Develop and maintain data quality metrics and reports to measure program effectiveness Manage the data issue lifecycle through root-cause analysis and remediation implementation Lead data quality projects and initiatives across the organization Coach and enable data stakeholders on best practices for data qualityQualifications Bachelor's degree in Data Management, Information Systems, Business Administration, Analytics, or a related field 5+ years in data management, governance, quality, or related roles, preferably in banking or financial services Demonstrated experience in establishing data quality and data governance practices Experience with data profiling, root-cause analysis, and remediation Proficient in collaborating with cross-functional teams Project management experience, including execution of plans and roadmaps Preferred certifications in data management, project management, or relevant data platformsBenefits Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance packages Retirement savings plans with company matching Generous paid time off and holiday benefits Flexible work environment options, including remote work Opportunities for professional development and trainingOur client is an equal opportunity employer.
