Licensed Plumber

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Plumber to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems, fixtures, and appliances in a fast-paced construction environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction plumbing, be familiar with schematics and blueprint reading, and possess excellent hand tool skills. Responsibilities: - Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, fixtures, and appliances. - Perform tasks on construction sites, including excavation, pipefitting, and soldering. - Read and interpret schematics and blueprints to ensure accurate installation and repair of plumbing systems. - Conduct inspections to identify and resolve issues with plumbing systems. - Use hand tools and basic math skills to measure and calculate dimensions. - Collaborate with other construction professionals to ensure efficient and safe completion of projects. - Participate in remodeling and construction projects, including the installation of new plumbing systems. - Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and meets local building codes and regulations. - Utilize welding skills to join pipes and other plumbing materials. - Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety standards. Qualifications: - Proven experience in construction plumbing and related fields. - Strong understanding of construction site operations and safety protocols. - Ability to read and interpret schematics and blueprints. - Proficiency with hand tools and basic math skills. - Experience with welding and other construction techniques. - Familiarity with construction plumbing materials and methods. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Physical stamina to perform heavy manual labor in a fast-paced environment. - Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
