Additionally, this internship program offers insight into the organization’s philosophies and culture, bridging the gap between academic learning and real-world professional practice.How You'll Create ImpactAssist in designing and implementing a standardized electronic folder structure aligned with the SHRM BASK model to improve accessibility, organization, and usability of shared HR filesSupport the evaluation, testing, and implementation of AI tools to enhance policy and practice navigation, ensuring compliance with company guidelines, data privacy, and regulatory standardsContribute to the redesign and modernization of the Supervisor Resource Portal (Supervisor Hub) to improve accessibility and promote consistent sharing of best practices across the manufacturing networkSupport the development of a Competency and Career Development Playbook, helping to create clear and consistent frameworks for employee growth and developmentAdditional Responsibilities (As Time Permits)Analyze HR data to identify trends and assist in creating insights related to turnover, referrals, internal mobility, promotions, and team developmentAssist in reviewing and updating job descriptions, and support HR and Compensation teams in refining job structures, including job titling and levelingWhat Makes You Stand OutBias for action and desire to achieve excellenceDemonstrated leadership abilitiesPositive attitude and strong desire to learnAbility to manage multiple priorities simultaneously – oriented on resultsDemonstrated technical ability with systems, excel and other related softwareStrong team player and collaboratorExceptional organizational, communication and interpersonal skillsExceptional analytical and critical thinking skills and the ability to analyze, summarize and effectively present dataProficient with Microsoft Office and related software.Your BackgroundMust be enrolled in a program of study at an accredited college or universityWorking towards Bachelor’s degree with emphasis in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Organizational Behavior, Organizational Development, Legal or other HR related fieldAvailable to work full-time (40 hours/week) during the summer termMust possess an unrestricted right to work in the United StatesGPA minimum: 3.2 on a 4.0-point scaleTravel ExpectationsUp to 10% domestic travel.EOE/M/F/Vet/Disability
