As a Front Desk Officer in a commercial real estate location, you will be the welcoming first point of contact, supporting access control, visitor management, and alarm panel awareness while delivering exceptional customer service and communication. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $28.45 / Hour Job ScheduleDayTimeMon 07:30 AM - 04:00 PMTue 07:30 AM - 04:00 PMWed 07:30 AM - 04:00 PMThur 07:30 AM - 04:00 PMFri 07:30 AM - 04:00 PMWhat You'll Do Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate for a commercial office location. Monitor front desk activity, verify visitor access, issue badges or credentials as directed, and help to deter unauthorized entry through courteous screening and adherence to post instructions. Answer phones, greet guests, and direct deliveries, vendors, and contractors while maintaining accurate visitor logs, incident documentation, and other required reports. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with building management, tenants, and/or first responders as needed. Observe lobby and entry areas for unusual activity, report maintenance or life preservation concerns, and support daily operations at the front desk in accordance with Allied Universal standards and client-facing expectations. Minimum Requirements Alarm panel experience is preferred. Access control and badge experience is preferred. CPR and First Aid certification is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
