Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Rock Hill, SC. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and maintaining partnerships to drive revenue growth. Day-to-day tasks will include developing sales strategies, conducting market research, negotiating contracts, and representing the company at networking events and industry meetings. Collaboration with internal teams to tailor solutions and meet client needs is also essential. Qualifications Strong skills in Business Development, Strategic Planning, and Market IdentificationSales experience, including Contract Negotiation and Client Relationship ManagementExcellent Communication and Interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and lead business initiatives effectivelyProficiency in CRM tools and data analysis for tracking leads and performance metricsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; equivalent work experience may be consideredPrior experience in the construction or restoration industry is a plus
