Administrative Assistant

This is a great opportunity as an Administrative Assistant to gain hands-on experience across HR, office operations, and employee support in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.This role is ideal for someone who’s organized, sharp, and eager to learn...someone who wants to expand beyond administrative work and develop within HR long-term.What You’ll Be Doing:Support day-to-day HR operations and overall office functionsAssist with recruiting: job postings, scheduling interviews, and candidate communicationCoordinate onboarding and help create a smooth new hire experienceMaintain employee records and HR documentationSupport payroll, benefits, and employee inquiriesTrack attendance and time-off requestsAssist with reporting and HR-related projectsJump in on general office needs (this is a hybrid HR/Admin role)What We’re Looking For:1–3 years of experience (HR, admin, internships all count)Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office + ability to learn new systems)Highly organized with strong attention to detailStrong communication skills and a team-first mindsetProactive and motivated to grow within HRWhy This Role?This is a strong opportunity to build a foundation in HR while gaining exposure to multiple areas of the business.
