Lead Toddler Teacher
*Job Overview* As a Toddler Teacher, you will play a vital role in nurturing and educating young children, fostering their social, emotional, and cognitive development in a safe and stimulating environment. *Duties* - Plan and implement age-appropriate activities to meet the physical, emotional, intellectual, and social needs of preschool children - Create a positive learning environment that promotes curiosity and exploration - Provide individualized attention to each child to support their learning progress - Monitor and assess children's progress to ensure developmental milestones are met - Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's development and any concerns that may arise - Maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom conducive to learning - Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a cohesive educational experience *Experience* - Previous experience in preschool teaching, childcare, nannying, or related fields is preferred - Knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education best practices - Familiarity with classroom management techniques and special education concepts is beneficial - Ability to provide caregiving with empathy and patience - Certification in first aid/CPR is advantageous - Experience in infant care or daycare settings is a plus
