Human Resources ManagerOur client in Southern California is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to support a multi-location workforce in a fast-paced environment.Key DutiesEnsure compliance with California labor laws and federal regulationsOversee HR audits, personnel files, and required training/certificationsManage workers’ compensation claims and safety programsHandle employee relations, including investigations, write-ups, and terminationsSupport managers with performance management and employee issuesOversee onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation and final pay coordinationMaintain HR records, PTO tracking, and operational compliancePartner with payroll on garnishments, claims, and reporting requirementsAdminister benefits, including enrollments, changes, and annual renewalsAct as primary HR contact for leadership and operational teams Requirements5+ years of HR management experienceExperience in multi-location or high-volume environments preferredStrong knowledge of California labor laws and complianceExperience with employee relations and workers’ compensationHighly organized with strong attention to detailStrong communication and interpersonal skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office (Teams a plus)
