Order Picker/ Cherry Picker Operator

The ideal candidate possesses the following characteristics: Strong work ethic Attention to detail Ability to meet deadlines Positive attitude Integrity Coachable Warehouse Associates are expected to understand all aspects of production; adhere to strict safety, quality, and production standards Basic Qualifications: Order picker (man up equipment) experience or willingness to undergo cherry picker forklift training and certification Must be able to pass forklift certification written test, with hands on practical application Must be at least 18 years old Must have a High School diploma or equivalent Must be willing and able to work overtime as required Must be able to read and comprehend direction in English Must be able to lift up to 60 pounds (occasionally) with or without reasonable accommodation Must be able to stand/walk for up to 8-10 hours Must be willing and able to frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach Preferred Qualifications WMS computer experience Excellent communication skills - able to coach, train and assist team members Thinks outside of the box; searches for innovative solutions Successful candidates will be required to pass a post offer, pre-employment drug screen and background check. Current Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm Possible Saturdays or extended weekday hours as business needs require. Cherry Picker (proficient - less than a year experience) = $17.00/hr.
